Our itineraries in Egypt

With vessels exclusively chartered by ABYSS, our cruises are professionally crewed by Egyptians and Europeans with strong local knowledge. In addition, you will be accompanied by an experienced Team Abyss guide, in charge of your wellbeing and the selection of the best dive sites.

We offer 5 different itineraries leaving from Hurghada or Marsa Ghaleb, in the South, not far from Marsa Alam. Our itineraries have been constructed so that you visit the maximum number of renowned sites and spend as long as possible on the exceptional sites such as the Brothers Islands. The crossings between the different sites can be done at night, depending on the distances.

Here are the principal stages of our 7 night itineraries; these are given as an indication and may change depending on the season, weather conditions, sea state and quality of the dives.

Itinerary n°1 : Elphinstone - Brothers - Daedalus
Simply the best of the Red Sea. Leaving from Hurghada or Marsa Ghaleb, this itinerary sees us dive on wrecks, in the deep blue in search of pelagics in the Brothers Islands and drift diving along the Elphinstone reef where we may encounter the longimanus sharks. A complete dive cruise ranging from encounters with hammerhead sharks to the magnificent drop offs covered in soft coral on Daedalus Reef.

Itinerary n°2 : Elphinstone - Brothers
Generally operated in the month of October, this circuit permit us to take full advantage of the best period of the year at the Brothers Islands. We observe numerous species of sharks and magnificent drop offs abundant in sea life. The wrecks of the Numidia and the Aida will fulfill the expectations of any diver. A stop off at Elphinstone, either on the way out or way back, is a must.
