Nomadic safari in the land of Dragons

As a meeting place between Asia and Australia, the small islands of the Sonde are spread over nearly 1000kms from Bali to Flores and include the Komodo National Park, created in 1980 and listed as World Heritage by UNESCO since 1991. The largest lizard in the world is a long way from being the only attraction in the park, as this zone has one of the largest underwater biodiversities in the world. Other than the macro fauna (pygmy seahorses, ghost pipe fishes, seahorses, frog fishes, scorpion fishes and other nudibranches) and intact coral equal to the diversity, sharks and manta rays are far from rare. Let's also not forget the big eyed jacks disputing with the tunas for the giant schools of fusiliers.
