For a voyage of this kind, Team Abyss has selected a boat combining both comfort and functionality. The Palau Aggressor II, corresponds exactly to what we are looking for: substantial equipment, comfortable cabins with large windows, well fitted dive platform and spacious living areas.
Specially conceived and built for dive expeditions, this 35m catamaran, with a beam of 10m, welcomes 18 divers in very comfortable conditions. 9 double cabins with private bathrooms, air conditioning and port holes. The Palau Aggressor has a fully equiped saloon area with DVD system, hi-fi, a spacious dining room, interior and exterior bar, deck chairs, shaded spa bath, a large shaded dive deck with a special table for camera equipment, 4 compressors for both Air and Nitrox with storage banks. In addition, there is also a rigid tender launched from the deck by hydraulic davit crane for the divers comfort. Security is optimal on board with Radar, GPS, Chart Plotter, Depth Sounder, Autopilot, VHF and SSB Radios, satellite phone, oxygen and medical kits. With a cruise speed of 10 knots and a range of 1800 nautical miles, The Palau Agressor is the perfect base for discovering the marvels of Palau.
