Exclusively chartered by ABYSS for only 2 trips in 2011, the Vasco is a 35 meter motor yacht specially built for dive expeditions. Her functionality and sea keeping ability make this boat an ideal support for extreme maritime expeditions. M/V Vasco has been regularly used for archaeological and scientific expeditions in the oceans of South-East Asia. She is 35 meters long with a beam of 7meters. The interior is teak wood only. There are 8 double cabins with individual air-conditioning, 4 showers and toilets to share, saloon with TV, hi-fi stereo, dining room, an outside sitting area and a dive platform.

The choice of our hotels is based on our understanding of a dive trip: charm and conviviality are more important than luxury. Most of our accommodation choices offer all the necessary comforts, however we give preference to the scenery, quality of service and optimal location relating to the dive sites visited on our excursions.
This hotel is situated in the heart of Manilla, on Mabini Street. It is only 15 minutes from the historical centre, airports and Malate quarter and numerous shopping centres. The City Garden Suites is a comfortable hotel offering an excellent level of service. 92 rooms are divided into 6 categories and all equipped with a minimum of a private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar and 2 beds. Restaurant, bar (Cafe Miranda), sushi bar and a host of services are at your disposal. A very good address for your stopover in Manilla.

Hidden in a delightful bay of coral and surrounded by a beautiful white sanded beach, the Sangat Island Reserve has unique little hotels, just how we like them: convivial, hidden and full of charm. Our host, Andy, and all of his staff welcome us as friends. On this 700 hectare island, nature is fiercely protected. Contact between tourists and local people is encouraged while respecting and preserving the local culture. The attitude of this hotel goes hand in hand with the concept of an ABYSS voyage. Consisting of only 10 bungalows made of only natural materials each room has a private bathroom, fan and terrace with ocean view. Service at your disposal: a bar-restaurant, canoe and kayak hire for visiting the multiple creeks in the area and land based excursions. We use the dive equipment of the dive centre located in town to visit the wreck of the bay of Coron. 12 of these wrecks are located no more than 20 minutes by boat from the Sangat Island Resort.
